another decision — to get rid of the spaces marked hyper — I had intended to link them to some history of the text by I should make the link directly — (or should I — (or can I)) — as has been throughout the notes — I can’t seem to make any final decisions

getting annoyed with myself — getting annoyed at the cat (all the links that could be made) — only at the beginning of 1977 — (should take a walk to the post office)
how do I mark the spaces that I want to add notes to — I don’t want to put a mark that leads to the note but there is no place in the text — need to let the reader know that there is a note — stick it anywhere as a text link?
