end of vacation week — a do nothing day

not a bit of web done this week — the past 2 weeks — and not much before that —

layout pages in different configurations — use different colors etc —
change colors from time to time —

there is no place to begin —
there should be some background for everything — something that came before —
one begins in the midst of something
it doesn’t matter how much i write — just write something —
start with the day — the current day —
make a list of subjects —

how long does it take to write a page —

finally copying my DV tape — a lot of things i had forgotten — some nice scenes at camp —
sound of the loon
a little too much 'family things'
too much NYC out the window — some good fuck up pieces —
a really nice misty scene —

reassured that the camera can be of value —
look at brakhage — cinema person i feel closest to in terms of what i’d like to do — with more emphasis on sound
