off and on feel of rain
but only a brief sprinkle
an intense ‘rain’ smell

this morning sun in clouds like a crescent moon

a second dream of niki taking a nap this morning

don’t remember the circumstance but something had happened to her — she was all right and i was thinking how great it was that she was ok but i woke up thinking niki’s not ok she’s dead

i had dreams of our cat willy like that
we would find him living down the street or something like that and i would dream think i was so happy that he hadn’t died and wake up with the thought — he did die
