i photographed stones yesterday but the result is not so good — maybe the problem is to try to photograph things as individual objects — maybe they need to be grouped
the single photos are probably good for crops and textures

deconstruction — an ugly circuit board — wires —
1) WIRED SOCKET — decided to discard
2) need to break the board to get the metal off —
decided it was too difficult to take apart then decided to break it into pieces —

some parts in a nut bottle — 4 pieces too large — i might break them

media things like disks and tapes are basically ugly —
there are a few nice small components — tape reels - screws etc

pm — not a bad day — puttering with gravel — my form of meditation — took apart a circuit board
thinking about my collections compared to museums — how many objects
thinking about displays — we only have one good display area and i’ve been working on rock display for weeks — i want to put some pebbles into the jars that are holding up the shelves — today i was thinking i should have a display for polished or finished stone things — that could go next
bones and wood are also on the list
(photos today — i forgot to photo the lichen again (and i can’t find the stick (the annoying problem of putting things down and not remembering where and not being able to find them)))

i had planned on working on the project list
important things are getting behind again —
i’ll need to go to costco soon and make an appointment for the car —
and get a couple of accounts fixed —
