another aspect of the notes — quite often i get ‘involved’ and write long (? passages - notes) like this one that eventually degenerate or fade out — i get tired and can’t go on — i run out of ideas — i think that this is all shit and there’s no reason to go on
to go on
to go on and on
to go off (on tangents) (geometric concepts — the geometry of the page)
on and off
in and out (of the text —
this text — am i inside or outside — where is now
‘i’m sitting in a room’ (the title of a music composition —
(conventions of punctuation etc — designate book titles in italics what about other titles)
i’m sitting here — in a room in a house (there is so much i could write about where i am and where i’ve been —
where the notes were written — i could put in diagrams (diagram diaries) (all of these titles etc should be annotated)
it’s 3:15 (actually 3:16 but minor details aren’t important and the time keeps changing anyway)
i’m typing — using a computer keyboard looking at a ’screen’ (screen — screening — another topic) getting tired
i’m writing —
some of the notes are handwritten then transcribed
some were typed directly into the computer
i note things like that even though they don’t matter — but nothing matters (or does it)
everything is material — everything can be material for something else

the art of writing
the art of arranging

art is arrangement
things that can’t be defined
art
things that have meaning but no definition
define refine
things are always out of order
there is no right order
there is no right arrangement
