i had some web writing ideas while walking but can’t seem to get things into written form

i’ve had the idea that i need[ed] some sort of preface for this site — this writing — but there is no way to get outside of it — to explain — it has to work (or not) from the inside — as it/i go along

start where you are (make reference notes — notes to indicate future links) a book title by pc — i don’t like most self help books but this one i pretty good — a couple of her books are — in any case the title is great

so where am i — here and now — sitting at the kitchen table writing with the computer keyboard — but that’s not really it
peter eisenman — i’ve been reading quite a bit by and about eisenman who i’ve been interested in for a long time — the current reading and rereading started with my finding the book tracing eisenman at half price books — reading that got me interested in rereading the books that i already owned and had read some time ago (reference the notebooks and copying them)
i’m not sure if i first got interested in eisenman from the book he wrote with derrida or if i knew about him before that (i’m sure i had seen things in architecture magazine (reference) but he is someone i may not have liked depending what i first saw — i’m pretty sure that i would have like the early houses — not sure about the later projects —
but the link with derrida certainly made me more interested although i don’t really understand a good portion of what i’m reading (i need to learn more about semiotics) — first - i don’t know very much about architecture although i’ve been interested in it for many years - mostly just looking at pictures — second - as much as i like french post-structuralist theory i really don’t understand it very well

so now the question — can i start with a paragraph like this or should i write something ‘more appropriate’ - is there any way to determine appropriateness — is there any appropriateness in writing
