art vs stones
buying a randall reid art was great fun — it didn’t last that long
buying tourmaline rocks was fun — i could have spent a lot more time at the rock gallery than the art gallery —
so what is there about art
one art work = about 10 - 15 trips to nature’s treasures —
there is something powerful about art that i don’t understand
the rocks are a lot more interesting — i can take a few photos of the art work — i can take hundreds of photos of the rocks —
i can’t resist buying art at times — i had decided to not buy any more art but couldn’t resist the urge — maybe it’s the person idea — that someone made it — but in general i don’t like people —
(artists i’d like works by — (names disappear from my mind —

today needs to be paperwork day — finish off the paper project
yard work also — get back into the gravel garden — dig
cut out the rest of the wisteria — cut

collections — labeling bottles and vials —
arrange things
list things — write about things

after getting out of the house yesterday i want to keep going out — to hunt for rocks to sit in a coffee shop to eat out to look for antiques — just to walk — to hike —
my eyes are usually aimed at the ground

lack of patience — now i want to buy a macro lens — now i want to go out to llano and dig up some stones — today

art
rackmount art — a large music machine
using circuit boards for something — kim’s idea for the laundry ceiling painting everything black —
i probably won’t be able to do that (psychologically)
