i’ve been sorting pebbles — a waste of time [?] — enjoyment of the physical action of small movements — i’ve enjoyed that since i was very young — i don’t remember well but i used to love to play with cereal — arranging the o’s etc —

need a shower and shave — still too hot to get out much —
depression — krissy not getting better — too much life too many deaths
