how much documentation is possible — how much do i lose by not keeping track of what i’m doing — can i make a database entry for every piece of paper i paint —
how many objects can i photograph — how many arrangements of photographs

started looking through the medium dailies — saved a few articles but didn’t read any through

the notebooks are a mess — wrong formats etc — is it possible to do anything to correct them and get everything into one format
why

i like what i’ve been doing with paint and ink but the notebooks seem necessary — the text

? notebooks — work chronologically or randomly — maybe full sets randomly but the reductions chronologically —

i have to go on — (or do i) — who or what compels —

how do i go about numbering my drawings — ? a small number on each page —
