the seeming paradox here — but true — Ryman on the plan — I plan on framing some of my black and whites but I also think in terms of flat on the wall — most of my works were pasted to the wall when they were on the wall at all but different formats are interesting — my wall piece in connection with this idea and with thoughts on “Tilted Arc” idea — a painting on the wall that is gradually painted out a little at a time
