the way the first idea came (from where inspiration or whatever) — then the second followed from it — after it became kind of forced as I think of starting with the bulbs I have and making something
black series — I have a picture of the black pieces with fragments of color

what do I want to do with the wood relief

I started painting on canvas today — a lot to learn decided to get some canvas for a series of paintings based on line drawings at the start of the drawing notebook

30 x 35 5 scale
36 x 54
42 x 63 7 scale is not good
48 x 72 4 x 6

probably I should do some small ones first — but that may not be good — would I learn something or would the scale be off
the 5 & 7 scales seem — best but would be an odd scaling for some of the drawings
