NOTES (130) the mess of texts — I’m trying to organize — the notes25 text was printed in 2 versions — I appended some notes to the original that I didn’t enter to the typescript

do I want to reprint the entire file — what will happen to the page numbers — I haven’t wanted to mark in the note texts — but I think it will be necessary — possibly make a series of appended texts including VORTEXT etc
(what do I want to do with that text?)
redo the notes — index the notes
the work is overwhelming
I should just get an art text finished
something on arrangements etc — just getting the pages out
index and list pages — reference additions etc — reference quotes — bibliography (book list)

\Burroughs B#/ — B number would refer to list entry — not necessarily in alphabetical order
\author Mag.../ — for magazine etc reference
Q# quote number
quotes would appear in order of appearance in book — or as arranged now in quote file
texts would build on their own
QUOTES
BIBLIOGRAPHY
LORD VANITY — leave this as 1st 360 pages — possibly number pages of new text using different numbers
QP quote page
BP bibliography page
ATP art text page

ART
TYPESTAR
decided not to put another coat of paint on typestar — I like the scuffs etc

BEARINGS
decided to redo bearings 2 to get rid of the box — decided I might change the stone in bearings 1 to a large bearing — but probably won’t — consistency

PHONE
2 phones from Frosts’ garage — a tall piece with one on each side — symmetrical arrangement

the work is overwhelming
3/92-5
2/16/22
at times there is no difference between the book and the labyrinth
typestar was a word processor i deconstructed
Frosts’ garage was a large pile of objects from the garage of a house purchased by my wife’s parents
i made a large work from each of these sets of objects — they were both very disappointing for me — my construction ability is not good
({and/but} — i still think of making constructions 3/2/18)
i liked the bearing pieces but they also were not well constructed

9/23/21 i still think of making constructions / assemblages — cf today’s notes
