did I mention the idea of using the new novels that I have read as structural etc elements in this novel by rereading them as I go along

make a list

the things that I write that are in the space of the novel and outside of it — it’s impossible to get a spontaneous flow without repetitions etc

redundancies

something about words beginning with ‘re’
all the things that cluster around certain points etc

there is no reason to have a spontaneous flow or to fictionalize one — I have to get out of that mode that I automatically get into when I start to write like this as I have so many times in the past and always failed at
the cat jumps back onto the computer — she got up when I got up to get some coffee — there are two cats both black with white chins — Phoebe has a white belly — her white spot — Sam has only a few white hairs on his belly — Sam is on the back porch — Phoebe is on the computer
10:02 — coincidentally I’m getting 2’s at the end of my times — it’s time to get another coffee and almost time to feed the cats

I had thought of making this volume of notes last until my birthday but I decided that it was getting too long and split it into 2 files 28 and 29 — 28 ending on March 19 — 29 beginning with the season another set of notes to print and work on

some endless task
