flounder around a little more — look at the art text and some other things — the problems are structural in part but there is something else — I want to work from the notebooks but don’t really know how to go about it — do I want to go through another reduction — go through and take out things that are useful for something and make indications as to what they are — I put away the old printings and discarded the reductions from the discs — where to start — I don’t know if I want to go to the earliest notes because there is so little there — still it might be best to get them out of the way for a while — how much work would be involved in going through them and making entries in the chronology as to what entries are worth looking at — some indication of what texts or whatever they might be related to — I don’t really want to develop an index at this time

the different pathways of time — subject etc — sex lines
adding other old material — body lines etc — links to other works — quotes etc

impatient to move around — should sit here and read or do something — not much to do — 6 PM waiting for 8 PM program — not much to eat — body purge — not much coffee
