something like the reflections etc experiments that I had tried before — starting with a day and then adding material that goes back and forward but I could include the older stuff — this would give a double whatever — the actual time of the writing would start before the start of the text and the space of the text would totally break the temporal sequence

possibly some structuring idea — of making symmetrical spaces etc — using a certain number of spaces and arranging the windows in patterns etc

the idea of working around the encyclopedia idea — of starting with the hypertext essay which should be relatively easy and including references to the notebook etc — the included references would then be gathered into a time line and the other paths linked
