decided to keep the notes or meta spaces as not counted spaces and to fill the encyclopedia to the number of spaces I need to make a total of 720 after getting rid of the outer date spaces

making another pass through the spaces and intended to do a lot of work that I’m not doing — still haven’t gotten all the encyclopedia spaces that I need

I should put something on paper — need to make a list of the dates and which have notes and a list of the encyclopedia so that I can go through and make the links that I want to make — something has to be done outside — charts graphs etc — (Barth etc

decided to use 3x5 cards to list the spaces — which I started to do — I hate to use this paper but it can be recycled for other uses or kept as a sort of meta text some decisions required on the first space — to get the notes into the spaces that link to them and get rid of the outer level for days that have more than 1 entry

possibly another run through the work key for any space that needs — additional links etc
