a major thunderstorm — first time in a long time i’ve seen rain like this —

i should try to write with columns and blocks more — i go through periods —
but it can all be blocked out later

numbered the pages so could refer to page 101 that i left blank as an out of order page so i can use it
(woke up with the thunder but feel tired now —)

not sure if i like this all that much but there is something about them i like
to make blocks of ink or paint then work them into a grid digitally — recolor them etc —

i’ve forgotten all the ideas i had for sequencing images analogous to serial music —
it seems that serialism makes as much or more sense for video as for music — has anyone worked with it?
