REMODELING THE SUBURBS

REMODEL since ours was a model house

HOUSE — HOME AND OR VS

PLACE VS SPACE

constant alteration of space — moving things around the house — a few rooms are stable —

MATERIAL

i have a lot of wood left from house projects — so i should do some assemblages —

IDEA

pieces without frames — using pine as background — (i’ve been thinking of framed ‘modules’) — ? how to mount them —

using non modular sizes and then filling in space

the problem of larger modules containing smaller ones

? USING 2x4s — (take more photos of house structures—)

i both like and dislike them — i thought i’d have a lot left over from the remod but have used them all — so i probably won’t get more just for art construction (constructs)
