boards close together or separated —
grids with geometric paintings —
one or 2 boards per painting — a few objects — continuous permutations

something to hold single objects that can be inserted into larger pieces — networks

PROBLEM — the back side of things— the 3D aspect — being able to turn the objects around — to pick them up and look at them —
‘flat bed’ art — cabinets —
the wall as a place to put art — what are alternatives —
drawers — a lot of people like cabinets but that requires ‘craft’ work —
3D sculpture — towers — the PROBLEM of the base — what goes at the bottom — how does the art get to eye level —
PROBLEM — storage — (some system of art & object collections)

some way of stacking things — can everything be done digitally
