problem — not enough time

NOTES
airtable limit is 5000 records per database (5GB total)

10 years of days is 3650+ — so each 10 years would need a table if all dates were put in — that’s not necessary because unused dates would be obvious — i can start a database and see how many years i can get into it — i need my random sequence number (how am i going to address new months — maybe use letters (3a) etc but that would not be a numeric field — it would be good to have the record be by date — i could use the date of each entry as the record number and use the random number in a different field — it could be numeric for sorting with more than one record with the same number for inserts

started looking at the first set of notes in the random entries — they will need a lot of work
do i accept the randomization — will anyone be able to get into the text if i don’t start with something ‘more appropriate’ for the beginning

NOTES — redo the random <?> with new dates — update all file formats — (through feb)
try to use airtable — check record limit —

organize things — i don’t know where all the info is — airtable info etc —
