have slept far too much lately and know what the problem is
know I have to write — should write — want the money from it
also feel constipated from it

finished Life Against Death yesterday
will begin Love’s Body
mostly through Women in Love

1:30 18 pages copied — is it worth it? — 100 hours or more to copy 2 months at the very least — but I have to go back to go on would be to go on always the same no beginning — perhaps I can find a beginning by going back
1:45 enough copying — read for a while — haven’t written much — fingers are getting sore
2:40 - 36 pages — some reading — eyes getting tired — if I can sustain interest in this perhaps sleep less
10:15PM — can’t go on copying — why not just read them and find what I can use — just another mode of escape — this copying
notebooks filled with so many false starts
