i drew some lines — not much fun — (my tongue hurts) maybe software is best for line drawing now — if i can keep illustrator working —
i didn’t bring colored ink — maybe i could paint but i may end up wanting to do that digitally also — what about sculpture — can that be done digitally — something analogous to assemblage —

YARD STRUCTURES —
i should get started even if it’s too hot —

getting tired — moonrise will be late tonight —
the sea breeze —
the colors of the sea — a lot of green today —
turquoise color — shades of green —

drawing lines isn’t much fun — maybe just drawing ink lines randomly on larger paper
but the black & white things will be digitized —
i have colored pens i can try colored lines on graph paper (i should have done these galveston notes in a different color — i’ll save the colored pens for writing and not do art drawing while i’m here —
maybe some charts or grids —
or some drawings for assemblage frames —
maybe i will use the colored pens on graph paper while i’m here — i’m thinking of some geometric line drawings on photographs (probably all digital) that have been on pinterest —

maybe observation lines like these could be formatted differently — indenting may be enough — maybe a blank line to set them apart
