AM
too many things — write notes in the morning — use the day — make use of time — drawings stay awake — walk the dogs — so many videos to look at — so much music —

transfer or translation of art to digital media —
that’s where i need to work — to make assemblages that are not permanent (hard to resist the idea of physical (permanent) art — something to put on the wall) —
but with digital photo frames etc the idea of moving or changing images seems more viable —
something non-objective or sequential for photo frames —

a series of photos — non objective slide show —

(ideas that ‘come to mind” — use concrete for kitchen but make some rough areas — expose the rebar — embed something — maybe some glass — put things under glass —

CONCRETE METAL GLASS)

too many ideas — ART
VISUAL VIDEO
AUDIO

lumia — not much of interest that i could find on the web — can’t remember the name of the artist i saw in montreal — just came to me i think earl reiback or something similar — might be mentioned in one of the light art books —
VIDEO

SCALE     ROTATION — (need to gather my old notes —
i’m being too redundant)

earl reiback
there are quite a few images online and at least one video

write about the light art at the whitney i enjoyed when first in new york — something about the stasis of these works — they have been superceded by video screens —
abstract video is difficult — but shouldn’t be — i should watch what i have several times — especially the brakhage —
music can be in the background while video takes up the entire visual field and consciousness
